1. To identify policing needs of NFN and recommend changes or improvements to enhance the quality of life
2. To assist in the development and implementation of community based policing programs, including educational and crime prevention programs
3. To assist and help plan activities to reduce drug and alcohol abuse

Knowledge/Background which may be considered an asset (but not a requirement)

1. To unify in a positive, progressive manner and work toward common goals for the betterment of Nipissing First Nation.
