Working together with the West Nipissing Community Health Centre, Nurse Practitioner services are offered weekly at the Lawrence Commanda Health Centre. To be eligible for this primary health care service a client must meet the following criteria:

Registered band member of Nipissing First Nation or a related family member residing on-reserve, and, | ||

Currently have no Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner |
or
|
Registered band member residing within the West Nipissing District, and, | ||
|
Currently have no Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner |
New clients will be assessed by the Nurse Practitioner at the 1st visit. Clients must consent to having medical information entered into and electronic medical record. Space is limited and appointments are required.
