On April 23rd, we advised that homeowners who participated in the First Nation Conservation Program (FNCP) in 2019-2020 could expect a call soon to schedule deliveries of appliances. At that time, the tentative dates for the first deliveries of refrigerators, humidifiers and air conditioners were the week of May 10, 2021, while the 2nd deliveries of chest freezers and stand-up freezers were tentatively scheduled for the week of June 14, 2021.
Due to the provincewide stay-at-home order that is in place until at least May 20, 2021, appliances deliveries are postponed until further notice.
The Independent Electricity System Operators (IESO) will not permit the deliveries of the appliances until the province lifts the current stay-at-home order that is in place until at least May 20, 2021. It is unknown at this time when the deliveries will be re-scheduled, but we will continue to provide updates as we receive them.
